What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return products purchased through the groundUP stores within 14 days of receipt, under the qualifying conditions. All original materials and packaging must be intact for a valid return.


What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to gUs, inc., within three business days of receipt. Doing so will qualify you for pre-paid shipping for the return of the damaged items, ensuring a smooth resolution process. Please provide photographs of any damage to both the item as well as the packaging.  


My order came, but some items are missing. What can I do?

Promptly contact our customer service team if your shipment is incomplete. We allow returns for individual items and partial orders. However, please note that refunded amounts may be adjusted based on the new price breaks created by the returned items. As with damaged orders, please provide photographs of packaging and items showing what you have received.


Do you ship internationally?

No. the groundUP stores can currently only send orders to customers who reside within the United States, its territories, or US military bases.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, for standard items only. Custom orders that have already begun the production process are non-cancellable.


Do I have to own a business to make a purchase?

No, owning a business is not required. Our products cater to many customers, including individuals, contractors, and facilities managers. Everyone is welcome to browse our selection of stock signs and traffic supplies and make a purchase.


How long until my order ships?

We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of order for items that we have in stock. For items with longer lead times, we process the order as soon as it’s received, and we keep you informed as to the anticipated shipping time frame. It’s important to communicate to us if there is a specific “drop-dead” date when you need an item. We will do everything in our power to meet the requested deadline to keep your project on track.


Is free shipping an option?

Yes, dependent upon order size, free shipping is available. We utilize trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The selected shipping method will be at the discretion of gUs inc, based on the lowest possible price.  


Why do some products ship free while others don’t?

Shipping is free when products can fit into standard-sized boxes. Unfortunately, orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or any US military installation are too expensive to cover. In addition, most larger items that require pallets due to their size or weight incur higher costs and will not ship for free. We work with various shipping brokers to try to find the lowest cost shipping option for you.


How does the mix-and-match discount work?

Our mix-and-match discounts generally apply to the same specific type or line of products in a series or specific manufacturer. Items drop-shipped from the manufacturer to the consumer are eligible for these discounts, as long as they are similar in size and style.


Do you offer custom signs?

Can I track my order?

In most instances, tracking information will be sent to you once an item ships. We can’t always get tracking information from our vendors if something is drop-shipped, but we try our best to keep you notified. Our team is constantly monitoring the progress of orders in the queue, and we will notify you of any unforeseen delays in shipping so you’re not left wondering when your products will arrive.
