Snow plows & bad drivers wreak havoc on sign posts in the middle of parking lots. Are you tired of having your sign posts bent or snapped off time after time?
Our SUBATM unit (Step-UP Base Assembly) provide a cost-effective, aesthetic, and functional solution to this problem. The total assembly weight is approximately 196 pounds (180 pound concrete base + weight of post). The wide footprint gives extra stability (SUBATM bases measure 2'-0" diameter at the bottom x 8" high). The unique design of SUBATM allows it to be approached by most vehicles without scraping their bumpers.
SUBATM is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Its stepped profile adds a WHOLE LOT of character to the units. SUBATM is rated for signs up to 24" wide at 8'-8" tall * (Rating is based on units setting on stable, level ground with sustained winds at 35 MPH).
*NOTE: 30" x 30" STOP SIGNS CAN BE USED WITH THE SAME RESULTS.
SUBATM is available with the following options:
Base color: Available in 2 colors: Natural Gray (the standard color) and Yellow.
Post Styles & Heights:
Galvanized Steel 2" x 2" Square Tube (Telspar) Posts - 14 gauge, 6' or 8' high (measured above the top of the concrete base - with a total assembly height of 6'-8" or 8'-8" high)
NO POST: Base with Square Post STUB ONLY; 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" x 14 gauge Tube - 12" ABV Top of Base

Returns Policy
All products which are sold through the groundUP stores may be returned at any time within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions, except as otherwise noted:
- All items must be returned with all original materials with which it shipped.
- Shipping for returns shall be paid by the customer (EXCEPT for items delivered damaged).
- All damaged items which are received by the customer must be reported to gUs, inc within 3 business days of receipt of product in order to qualify for pre-paid shipping.
- Individual items and partial orders may be returned. However, where quantity discounts were provided as a condition of the order, refunded amounts may be adjusted to modify the sale price based on new price breaks which are created by the returned items (ie: if you purchase 100 signs and receive a discount for this price break level, and you return 5 signs for a refund, your pricing would be adjusted to match the rate for 50 - 99 signs).
- Items that are customized (i.e.: custom colors; custom lettering/ words; cut to custom lengths, etc) are non-cancellable once production has commenced, and are non-refundable whether or not received.
- Refunds shall be made via the method of payment received for the order (if you charged it on a credit card, the refund will go back on the same card, etc).
- A restocking fee may apply to returns. Restocking fees shall range from 25% to 35% of the purchase price.
